Spinach Mixed with Walnuts

Drain the spinach and set aside.

Walnut kernels are cleaned and set aside.
3.
Boil the water in the pot, and put the walnuts in the pot until cooked.

Remove the walnuts and drain the water.
5.
Bring the water to a boil again, add the spinach and blanch until the color changes and remove.
6.
Drain the spinach and squeeze it slightly with your hands.
7.
Drain the spinach and cut into sections.
8.
Put sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt and chicken essence in a small bowl to make a flavored sauce.
9.
Put the walnuts and the cut spinach into a large bowl.
10.
Stir evenly with chopsticks.
Tips:
1. Note: Spinach should not be eaten in patients with stones.
2. The amount of salt can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
3. If you like spicy food, you can drizzle it with some spicy oil.
