Spinach Noodles

Spinach juice 110 grams flour 250 grams egg one (spinach juice is made into juice with spinach in advance)

Put an egg in the flour and stir with chopsticks

Slowly pour the spinach juice, while stirring it into a flocculent

Then start to knead the dough by hand to form a smooth dough, and then use plastic wrap or an upside-down bowl to wake up for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle some flour on the awake dough and knead it a few times, divide the dough into two, and roll it into a 1mm thick dough. Sprinkle some dry flour on the front and back to prevent sticking.

The rolled dough is first folded in half, and then folded together

Cut into thin strips, sprinkle some dry flour, and shake the noodles
