Spinach Omelette

Wash the spinach.
2.
Boil in boiling water.
3.
Cut spinach into small cubes.
4.
Add spinach, egg, chopped green onion, salt, and mix well.
5.
Add flour.
6.
Stir it into a batter.
7.
Brush the bottom oil in the pan.
8.
Pour 2 scoops of batter. Flatten.
9.
Fry on both sides and color.
