Spinach Pancakes

Remove the roots, remove the old leaves, and wash the spinach

Boil water in a pot, pour the spinach and boil until the color changes

Squeeze spinach juice with a juicer

Add flour to spinach juice

Mix into a smooth dough and cover with plastic wrap to wake up for 20 minutes

Rub into a long strip

Cut into small pieces, take two pieces of the same size, and coat one of them with a layer of oil

Take one piece and stack it on the other piece that has been brushed with oil

Roll into a thin dough, the thinner the better

Put it in a saucepan and turn on a small fire

There are brown spots on one side and then turn over and burn the other side and brown spots on the other side.

Unfold it while it's hot and fold it up
Tips:
When rolling the dough, sprinkle some dry powder to prevent sticking. When rolling the dough, both sides must be rolled to make the two cakes the same size. After both are made, bag and seal to prevent drying.
