Spinach Pie

Yeast, baking powder, sugar are melted with warm water, add 1 tablespoon of flax oil, put two eggs in the flour to form a dough

And the dough that comes out is slightly yellow (the reason is sesame oil), let it stand for about ten minutes

Take the root of spinach, wash and chop (especially chopped)

Chopped spinach squeeze water, then add salad oil and mix well

After the oil is mixed, add an appropriate amount of flour (about half a catty of flour) and mix well! As shown

Roll out the proofed dough, spray water on the top of the dough, then add spinach, sprinkle salt and five-spice powder on top (the ratio of salt to five-spice powder is 3:1), spray water on top of spinach, try not to one side Put spinach! As shown

When rolling, roll over from the side with spinach, and roll it as tight as possible! If there is no spinach on the side, just spray some water and roll it up 😄 and cut into sections about three centimeters thick (pictured)

Put the cut spinach pie into rounds by hand, and put it on the plate for a few minutes (I put it in the oven for proof). The plate must be greased! The temperature above and below the oven is 30!

Heat the sesame oil in the electric baking pan in advance, put it in the spinach cake, turn it over and bake the back after it is colored, and it will be out of the pot (the bottom temperature of the electric baking pan is 160, the upper temperature is 120)

Tips:
When the spinach is placed on the dough, sprinkle with salt. If the salt is put on it, I'm afraid of water coming out! The spinach cakes color quickly, so be careful not to paste them when you bake them
