Today I stole a bit and was lazy. I didn’t go out to buy groceries, so I asked my husband to buy groceries. He came back and bought a pork loin. He said that he could nourish the kidneys and strengthen the body. Just cook the soup, it will be tender and taste good.

Spinach Pork Loin Soup

1. Prepare a pork loin.

2. Wash and slice pork loin, add salt, cooking wine and cornstarch to marinate.

3. Ready to put spinach.

4. Wash the spinach with the roots removed.

5. Add water to the pot, add shredded ginger and oil to a boil.

6. Add spinach.

7. Remove the spinach after it's cooked.

8. Add pork loin to the soup.

9. Bring to a boil on high fire.

10. Add spinach, add salt and chicken essence to taste.

11. Bowl.

Tips:

1. The white fascia inside the pork loin should be removed, or it will have a stinky taste.

3. Spinach is easy to cook, so don't cook it for a long time.
