Spinach Salad

Wash the sesame seeds with water and put them in a wok. When the sesame seeds crackle and burst, pour them on the chopping board and use a rolling pin to roll them into a coarse powder.

The pressed sesame seeds are mixed with a little fine salt to make sesame salt.
Remove the bad leaves of spinach, wash and blanch them in a pot of boiling water. After blanching, put them in cold boiling water for cooling.

After the vermicelli is soaked in cold water, it is also poured into the water, boiled and taken out. The garlic is mashed into a puree.
Cut the blanched spinach into sections, put them in a small pot, put the vermicelli, and pour the mashed garlic.

Add 2 tablespoons of sesame salt again, stir to taste, taste the saltiness, add some salt to taste, and finally drizzle with a little sesame oil.
