Spinach Stir-fried Fennel

Shred the venetian leaves and set aside

Wash spinach and cut into two sections

Saute the garlic first!

Then add the venetian leaves and stir fry. Then add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and stir-fry for three to five minutes until the venetian leaves are delicious.

Finally add spinach and stir-fry evenly. Then season with appropriate amount of salt, put appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate or chicken essence and stir-fry evenly before serving.

Tips:
Don't have too little base oil, otherwise the louvers will stick to the pot!
