Spinach Tower
1.
Wash the spinach with the roots removed.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, boil it, and add a few drops of oil to the spinach to blanch it.
3.
Remove it and put it in cold boiling water to cool it down.
4.
Squeeze the excess water and chop.
5.
Add salted chicken and white sesame oil.
6.
Stir well.
7.
Place it in a bowl and compact it.
8.
Put upside down and garnish with goji berries on the plate and serve.
Tips:
It will look better if you put it upside down in the cup. I am lazy and just use the bowl without getting the cup.
