Spinach with Fungus

Blanch the spinach with boiling water and put it in cold water to infuse it. Soak the fungus in the first day, let it boil in boiling water for 10 minutes, and infuse it with cold water.

Cargo radish, shredded fungus, shredded spinach, squeeze the water and cut a few times with a knife.
