Spinach with Mushroom Sauce

Prepare the spinach and wash the spinach.

Blanch the spinach for later use.
3.
The blanched spinach is neatly stacked on the plate.

Dice all kinds of edible fungi separately and set aside.

Mince the onion, ginger, and garlic separately. Put the bottom oil in a wok and sauté the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic.

Put the diced edible mushrooms into the stir fry.

Prepare miso paste.

Add 2 tablespoons of miso paste, stir fry, and add a little salt.

Tips:
1. Miso paste is salty, so put less salt.
2. Blanch the spinach to remove oxalic acid.
3. Edible fungi can be added as you like.
