Spinach with Sesame Sauce

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Wash the spinach with the roots removed, and cut in half.

After boiling the water in the pot, add a few drops of Yuhuang peanut oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and then add spinach to blanch until it is ripe. (The purpose of this is to make the spinach green in color)

Tips:
The blending of the sauce-sesame sauce can be replaced with peanut butter.
