Spinach with Sesame Sauce
1.
Wash spinach and cut into sections.
2.
Blanch the spinach in hot water.
3.
Too cool, squeeze out the water.
4.
Add the sesame sauce and all the seasonings to the bowl, add some warm water to boil, and make the sesame sauce.
5.
Put the squeezed spinach in a heart-shaped mold, stuff it and flatten it, and slowly remove the mold.
6.
Decorate the spinach pier with a circle of medlar, and decorate the top with medlar. Decorate the white plate with four spinach stems.
7.
The finished product is placed on the plate. There is a dish of sesame sauce next to it, and mix well when eating.
Tips:
The sesame sauce is adjusted according to personal taste. I have a thicker taste, sweet and sour and spicy. Friends who like garlic can add some garlic.
