Spinach with Sesame Sauce

Wash the spinach.
2.
Put it in boiling water and cook.
3.
Put the spinach in cold water to cool it down.
4.
Squeeze the water without too much drying.
5.
Cut it horizontally and vertically.
6.
Put all the spices in a small bowl.
7.
Stir well.
8.
Serve spinach on a plate and pour the sauce around.
