Spinach with Vermicelli

Wash the spinach, soak the vermicelli until soft, chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic

Bring spinach to a boil and cook. Don't overcook it. Drain the water.

Add the soaked vermicelli
4.
Add onion, ginger, garlic, chili noodles, salt, white sugar, chicken bouillon
5.
Stir-fry the dried chilies and peppers in a pot with oil
6.
Pour the oil of Chinese pepper and dried chili on the conditioning
7.
Add vinegar and stir well.
