Spinach with Walnuts

Soak the walnuts in boiling water for about 10 minutes and peel them.

Wash the spinach, cut the roots, and then cut in half, and cut the remaining part into inch pieces. Spinach root is also delicious, don't waste it!

Bring water to a boil in a wok, add spinach root and cook for about 1 minute.

Add the remaining spinach segments and blanch them.

Remove and put in cold boiling water to cool down.

Take out the spinach that has been in cold water, squeeze out some water, and put the walnuts in a large bowl.
7.
Add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil and mix well.
