Spine Stewed Cuttlefish

Soak the dried cuttlefish in water for 12 hours. After soaking, wash and remove the bones, then cut into diagonal slices!

Wash the pork spine, chop it into pieces, and blanch it with boiling water.

Chop the green onion and shred the ginger!

Put the pork spine, cuttlefish, ginger, green onion, water, and salt into the pressure cooker and simmer for 15 minutes!
Tips:
If you want the dried cuttlefish to soak, you can soak it in hot water with baking soda powder for about 3 to 4 hours.
