Spring Cake
1.
Put an appropriate amount of flour into the basin.
2.
Pour boiling water on the flour, then water and stir.
3.
Stir the flour into a large floc, cover it to prevent it from drying out and let it stand for a while. After the noodles have cooled down, knead the noodles into a dough for making.
4.
The dough is so thick, put it on the chopping board and knead it into a long strip. Divide into small doses for later use.
5.
Flatten the dough pieces one by one. Roll out the dough into evenly thick dough.
6.
Put a pan on fire, heat up and put a piece of dough.
7.
After one side is set, turn over and sear the other side, and wait for the crust to bubble up and serve.
8.
Shred the red cabbage, onion, and red pepper, put them in a large bowl, add olive oil and salt and toss for a while.
9.
One pickled pepper sausage, cut into long strips for later use.
10.
One serving of braised pork with five-spice sauce. Heat in a microwave oven for later use.
11.
Take a baked pie and place it on a plate. Place the sliced sausage strips, marinated pork with five-spice sauce and mixed vegetables on the pie, roll it up, and eat.
