Spring Cake

Put oil and salt in the noodles and mix well, blanch the noodles with boiling water, and stir with chopsticks while pouring the water. Then put in cold water and form a smooth dough to wake up for 30 minutes.

Tips:
You can match the spring cakes with any dish, they are delicious. Keep the hot noodles cool on the dough, otherwise it will be sticky. Roll the noodles on both sides so that the size of the cake is the same, and there is no need to put oil when baking.
