Spring Health Soup--yam Peanut Pork Belly Soup

Wash pork belly and cut into small sections

Prepare other ingredients: yam and peanuts

Prepare seasonings: rice wine, white pepper and ginger garlic

Put the pork belly in a clay pot and add water

After boiling, skim off the foam

Pour the cleaned peanuts

Tips:
1 The pork belly must be washed clean, otherwise it will affect the soup and cause a peculiar smell
2 The yam is best to choose iron yam, which has higher medicinal and nutritional value
