Spring Outing Bento
1.
Prepare all the ingredients: If the salmon sausage is frozen, thaw it in advance and set it aside. The salmon meat is tender, bright in color and smooth in taste. It is high-protein and low-calorie. It is very good to make low-fat bento with salmon sausage.
2.
Handling ingredients: Wash all the ingredients, peel the pumpkin and cut the seeds into cubes, peel the cucumber and set aside. Wash the strawberries and soak up the water with a paper towel for later use. (The purple sweet potato in the picture is used for other dishes and has nothing to do with this recipe)
3.
In addition to strawberries and cucumbers, all other ingredients are put in the pot, and the water is boiled and steamed for 5-8 minutes, while the eggs are cooked together in the steamer.
4.
Except pumpkin and strawberry, the rest of the ingredients are cut into a hob shape one by one, and finally they are placed in a beautiful bento box.
Tips:
1. After thawing, the salmon sausage will be cooked after steaming in 5 minutes. If it is steamed for too long, the fish intestine will burst.
2. After washing the strawberries, wipe off the water with a kitchen paper towel, otherwise it will soon appear to be rotten, a little soft and sticky.
3. Because it is a bento, the ingredients can be matched at will, but red and green bento will have a higher appearance value, and it is recommended to choose high-protein and low-calorie ingredients.
