Spring Vegetable Soup with Meatballs

Wash the spring vegetables.

Control water after folding into small pieces.
3.
Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the spring vegetables when the oil is hot.

After the vegetables are sautéed, the meatballs are added.
5.
Add water and boil until the spring vegetables are soft and rotten, then add salt to season them out.
Tips:
The meatballs themselves are cooked, so there is no need to defrost them.
