Spring Wild Vegetables-garlic Tempeh and Pea Tips

Pick the pea tips, wash them, and dry them for later use.

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the garlic into small pieces, flatten the tempeh with a knife and cut a few times, and cut the red pepper into small pieces.

Boil a pot of clean water.

After the water is boiled, add the pea tips and blanch them, then remove the water and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok.

Add garlic, red pepper, and tempeh to explode the aroma.

Then add oyster sauce and salt.

Add a small amount of water, cook for a minute or two, turn off the heat.
10.
Put the pea tips on the plate, drizzle the fried garlic tempeh, and sprinkle with shrimp skins.
Tips:
The pea tips should not be blanched for too long.
Red pepper is not necessary, I use it just to look good.
