Spring Wild Vegetables, Shepherd's Purse Dumplings

Choose the shepherd’s purse and put water bubbles so that the soil at the roots is easy to clean

Live the flour ahead of time. I like to make dumpling wrappers by myself. Some sell them, but I don’t like to use them.

Wash the shepherd’s purse well, control the water, and chop it on the chopping board

Chop the shepherd’s purse and put it into the minced pork belly. Put the sesame oil seasoning first, mix well, and add the right amount of salt

Tips:
1. Put the oil first and then add the salt to adjust the filling, so as to prevent the shepherd's purse from being salted out of water.
2. Please ignore the white color of the dumplings for the flour made by yourself.
