Spring Wild Vegetables: Shepherd's Purse Spring Rolls

Prepare all kinds of ingredients, pick the shepherd's purse, wash it, dry it, and set aside.

Mince dried shrimps.

Add the minced dried shrimps to the meat, add oyster sauce and stir well.

Tips:
