Spring Wild Vegetables ~ Tianqiye Yuba Soup

Soak the yuba in warm water for about ten minutes.

Cut into sections after soaking.
3.
Pick and wash Tian Qiye.
4.
Stir-fry Tian Qiye in hot oil for two to three minutes.
5.
Add water.
6.
Add the yuba after the water is boiling.
7.
Add salt and oyster sauce and cook for two to three minutes.
8.
Add sesame oil before boiling.
