Bitter gourd is a common vegetable, but most people don't like it because it is bitter, so bean slaves like to eat it. Sprite Bitter Gourd

1. Prepare all materials

2. Wash the bitter gourd and cut off both sides. Cut it in half and use a spoon to dig out the inside.

3. Cut the bitter gourd into strips

4. Boil in boiling water

5. Immediately remove it into the ice water to be too cold

6. Take it out in ice water, put it in a dry towel or gauze and gently squeeze away the water

7. Put it in a dish and sprinkle with a little salt

8. Pour Sprite into the refrigerator and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (it tastes better if refrigerated overnight)

9. Finally, take it out of the refrigerator and serve, sprinkle with goji berries and drizzle with honey. Serve
