Sprite Grilled Ribs
1.
Some of the raw materials are not photographed. The picture shows the ribs that have been washed in water, the green beans that have been salted in water, and the potato pieces that have been washed, peeled and diced.
2.
Wash the diced potato pieces and drain the water and fry them in a frying pan for a while, and fry them until the surface is slightly yellow and ready for use
3.
Put a little oil in the pan and heat up again. After heating, add the ribs and stir-fry until the ribs are discolored. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, star anise and peppercorns, stir fry for a fragrance, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and continue to stir fry for color
4.
After the ribs are colored, add half a bottle of Sprite, and the amount of Sprite is less than the ribs.
5.
Add a little white sugar, cover and boil on high heat for a few minutes
6.
Add the potatoes that have been fried and the green beans with enough water and stir-fry evenly. Turn to a medium-low heat to boil.
7.
Cook until the ribs are crisp, and when the soup is half dry, add soy sauce again and stir evenly. Add two spoons of Laoganma hot sauce and stir evenly.
8.
Finally, the fire is ready to collect the juice and put it on the plate
Tips:
1. I use soy sauce because there are no light soy sauce or dark soy sauce at home;
2. Because the pork ribs and green beans are not shot, the pork ribs can be washed in a boiling water pot for three minutes to wash off the foam, and the green beans can be salted in the boiling water pot for two minutes to remove the excess;
3. Because I don’t eat green onions, I won’t add chopped green onions to any dish;
4. Facts have proved that the sprite is as delicious as it is cooked, but my family don't like to eat sweet dishes, and I am the same, so I add Laoganma chili sauce.
