Squeezed and Crispy Cookies
1.
Let the butter soften at room temperature, you can easily poke holes with your fingers, and use a whisk to whitish the color
2.
Put the granulated sugar in the milk, heat it in water, and melt the sugar. After the milk liquid has cooled, pour it into the butter in 2 batches until it is smooth and shiny (the butter must be blown well, and the pattern can be three-dimensional)
3.
Mix the flour, almond flour, and salt, sieve, pour into the butter, and mix well.
4.
Put it in a piping bag, I use a 20-tooth piping mouth
5.
Preheat the oven, 160 degrees middle, up and down for 15 minutes (the specific time depends on the temperature of the oven and the thickness of the squeezed cookies)
Tips:
Powdered sugar cannot be used to replace granulated sugar. The powdered sugar contains starch, which will affect the taste. Almond flour is also indispensable.
