Squid Balls
1.
The frozen squid that I bought will melt first.
2.
Peel the squid and wash it. Cut the fat into fine pieces. Chopped green onion and ginger soak into green onion and ginger water.
3.
Use a food processor to beat the squid into puree.
4.
Add the fish paste with the fat cubes, pour in the onion ginger water, salt, sugar, pepper and other seasonings, and stir until it becomes sticky.
5.
Squeeze them into fish balls and put them in a pot of cold water. After all the squeezing is done, bring them to a medium heat until the water boils. Turn to low heat and soak for a few minutes.
6.
A few of them are served, so fresh.
Tips:
1. Cut the fat into fine pieces and put it in a better taste. If it is beaten with squid, the meatballs will not be as brisk.
2. You can add egg white when you stir the fish paste. This time it feels pretty good without adding it.
3. When the fish balls are cooked, take out the cold water and put them in the freezer for a long time, but when they are heated again, the taste is not as good as the fresh ones.
