Squid Fried Rice

Soak the dried squid in warm water for 10 hours.

Soak the dried squid and let it dry.

Dice the shallots and set aside.

Dice the dried squid and set aside.

Stir-fry in a hot pot with oil, and add salt and pepper seasoning at the same time.

Add rice and stir fry, add a little light soy sauce.

When it comes out of the pan, add the shallots.

Tips:
1. Soak the dried squid for 10 hours and clean it;
2. Don't fry for too long, otherwise it will be too hard;
3. When it comes out of the pot, add green onions.
