Squid Head Stir-fried Bell Pepper

Raw material map (I can't eat a lot of dishes in the evening, so I reduced it in moderation and only used a squid head).

Tips:
The squid must be cleaned, especially the small shells on the beard. It will taste better if you add a little chili to stir fry
