Squid Head with Spicy Sauce

Wash squid head and cut into sections

Bring the hot sauce to the boil with warm water, add the very fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix thoroughly

Chopped green onion

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant

Add squid stir fry

Add sugar and stir fry

Add the seasoned sauce and stir fry

Coat the squid evenly with the sauce and add a little salt.
Tips:
Taste it first when adding salt, if the saltiness is enough, there is no need to add salt.
