Squid Noodles with Scallion Oil

Prepared are shallot oil, noodles, and fresh squid.

Bring water to a boil and add a little salt.

Boil the noodles in a pot.

Cook until the noodles are slightly cooked, and add a small bowl of water.

Then put the cut squid in the pot and cook until the soup is boiled.

Add chives and scallion oil to the bowl and add a little soy sauce according to your taste.

Drain the cooked noodles into a bowl.

Stir until the noodles are all tasted, then serve in a bowl.
Tips:
Scallion oil has a salty taste, so be careful not to use too much soy sauce when seasoning.
