Squid with Oil

Prepare dried squid

Soak in clean water until soft and pick it up

Use kitchen paper to absorb moisture

Pour oil in the hot pan, use a little more oil

Heat the oil for 6 minutes, add the squid

After frying, the color turns yellow and floats and it can be out of the pan

Prepare seasoning

First slice the squid and then sprinkle the seasoning
Tips:
1. The dipping material can be changed according to your preference. The oil will burst when you just put it in the pot. You can cover the pot to relieve the oil splashing.
