Squid and Mushroom Risotto

1. Prepare the materials first

3. Soak shiitake mushrooms in warm water

4. Then cut into thin slices

5. Clean the dried squid and cut into thin strips

6. Parsley cut into sections

7. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded squid and fry

8. Fry the squid until golden and serve
