Squid and Duck in Clay Pot

Soak black fungus, shiitake mushrooms and dried bamboo shoots for more than five hours

Cut the duck into pieces and set aside

Cut the dried squid into small pieces and soak them for more than three hours

Rinse well and drain the water

Put the duck and squid into the pot, add the right amount of water

Rinse after blanching

Also prepare a pot of hot water and pour the blanched food

Then pour the cooking wine

Then add the right amount of ginger

Cook on high heat for 30 minutes

Add black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, dried bamboo shoots

Add salt to taste
