Braised Rice with Black Beans

Prepare the ingredients, soak the small black beans for 1 hour in advance.

Cut shiitake mushrooms in half, shred dried squid, dice meat and carrots, and cut green onions into small pieces. Soak shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimps, and shredded squid in warm water for 10 minutes.

The fat part of the pig is first boiled in a pot to make lard, and then the oil residue is removed.

Add scallion white to make scallion oil.

Stir fry the lean pork, soaked mushrooms, dried shrimps, and shredded squid in a wok.

Add cooked black adzuki beans (the black adzuki beans will be cooked 5 minutes in advance after soaking)

After washing the rice, pour it into the rice cooker, add the ingredients in the wok, and mix well with the appropriate amount of water and salt.

Press the cooking button and add the shallots after the rice is cooked.

Finally, add the scallion oil prepared earlier and mix well.
Tips:
Black adzuki beans are not easy to cook than rice, so they must be soaked and cooked in advance.
