Stamped Marinated Eggs

Put water in the pot, add the aniseed and other seasonings, and pour in the dark soy sauce.

Add refined salt and sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Peel the eggs after they are cooked. Stick the vegetable leaves on the egg, wrap the egg with gauze, and tie it up.

Put the wrapped eggs in the boiled marinade and marinate for 24 hours. Of course, the longer the egg is soaked, the stronger the marinade will be.
Tips:
1. Use printed vegetable leaves, and use smaller leaves. Of course, large blades can also be used, but they need to be cut. When choosing leaves from other plants, be sure not to use poisonous plant leaves.
2. Tighten the gauze as much as possible, otherwise the pattern printed by the gap between the leaves and the egg will not be clear.
