Starry Bird's Nest

Soak the bird's nest in advance, drain the water and set aside.

Soak the peach gum for more than 12-24 hours in advance, boil it in a pot of boiling water, turn to low heat, cook for another 20-30 minutes, pick up and set aside.

Put the bird's nest, rock sugar, and boiling water into the stewing pot, add boiling water to the large pot outside, simmer for 25-30 minutes over a small fire on a gas stove.

Prepare a transparent container, first put the boiled peach gum on the bottom layer, then lightly pour the stewed bird’s nest, and finally sprinkle black wolfberry on top.
