Starry Toast
1.
Soak 15 grams of butterfly pea flowers in 250 grams of hot water for about 15 minutes.
2.
After the butterfly pea flower is soaked soft, you can press it with a small spoon to fully release the color of the butterfly pea flower, and take 180 grams of flower water.
3.
Put butterfly pea flower water, salt, powdered sugar, high powder in the inner bucket of the bread machine, and finally put in the yeast powder. Run a 20-minute "mixing" program.
4.
Put in the softened butter cubes and start the second "kneading" program.
5.
Take out the kneaded dough, put it in a basin, and cover it with plastic wrap. (I put it in a heated cabinet, 32 degrees, 50 minutes.)
6.
Peel the pistachios, wash the raisins and figs,
7.
After 50 minutes, the dough has risen to double its size, and it is over.
8.
The dough is taken out of the basin and rounded.
9.
Roll into a dough piece to exhaust.
10.
Take 90 grams of dough and add bamboo carbon powder.
11.
The bamboo charcoal powder is evenly kneaded into the dough.
12.
Divide the remaining dough into two portions, one more portion and one less portion.
13.
Take the smaller portion, roll it into a rectangle slightly shorter than the toast box, add pistachios and raisins, and roll into a roll.
14.
The yard is placed on the side of the toast box.
15.
The dough with bamboo charcoal powder is also rolled into a rectangular shape, and then rolled up, leaving a side when finishing.
16.
The black dough rolls are stacked next to the first roll of dough.
17.
Finally, roll out the slightly larger dough, add dried figs, pistachios, and raisins.
18.
Roll it from the fig side and place it compactly as shown in the figure.
19.
Cover the toast box with plastic wrap and start the second round. 32 degrees, 50 minutes, the dough will be 90% full.
20.
180 degrees, 45 minutes. Out of the oven upside down, and slice after cooling.
21.
Just out of the oven.
Tips:
1. The ratio of this recipe is perfect, and the dough after the first shot is not sticky at all, which is particularly good.
2. The airtightness of my oven is not good. It should be extended for some time. I forgot it, which caused some waist in the middle of the toast. Fortunately, the two ends are still good.
