Wash the bamboo shoots and soak them in cold water.

Take part of the soaked bamboo shoots, peel off the pumpkin, remove the flesh and wash it, remove the green peppers and wash the seeds, soak the black fungus in advance, and pack the ham.

Cut a section of bamboo shoots, pumpkin, green peppers, and ham sausage into cubes, and tear the black fungus into small flowers.
