Steak Chowder

Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces, peel and slice the carrots, fry the steak and cut into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the carrot slices and stir fry a few times

Pour in broccoli and stir fry a few times
4.
Put a little cooking wine, mirin or sugar, some light soy sauce, salt
5.
Stir fry until the broccoli is out of life
6.
Pour the steak
7.
Simmer until the broccoli is fully cooked and delicious.
Tips:
The steak is cooked first.
