Steak Pasta

Wash the beef and dry it. Cut it into thick slices and lay it loose on the back of a knife.

Add a package of steak sauce and marinate for a while.

Peel the tomatoes, wash and cut into pieces. Boil water in a pot to cook pasta.

Pour oil in a non-stick pan, add tomato paste, and stir fry with sugar.

Add tomatoes and stir fry.

Shovel the tomatoes and fry them until thick and turn off the heat, add salt, mix well, and set aside.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Put the butter in a nonstick pan to melt.

Add the marinated steak and fry on high heat.

Fry until the epidermis is slightly charred, and fry on low heat.

Take out the steak and squeeze the steak sauce on the plate, and drizzle the fried tomato sauce on the pasta.
Tips:
When frying the steak, use a medium-high fire to fry it, which can lock the moisture of the steak. When the skin is slightly burnt, change it to a low fire and fry it over a minute. It will be cooked when the child eats it.
