Steak Pasta

Cut the beef into thick slices and pat loosely with the back of a knife.

Add steak sauce and marinate for a while.

Boil water in a pot to cook pasta, peel and cut tomatoes.

Pour a little oil in a non-stick pan, add tomato paste, and stir fry with sugar.

Tips:
When frying the steak, use a medium-high heat at the beginning, which can lock the moisture of the steak. When the skin is slightly burnt, change the heat to low.
