Steak Quinoa Salad

Prepare ingredients.

Dice red cabbage, onion, cucumber and bell pepper.

Rinse the quinoa with water.

Pour into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil over medium-low heat and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes until the quinoa blooms.

Remove cold water and rinse.

Dice beef.

Tips:
