Steak Rib Hot Pot with Tomato Sauce

Boil the bovine bones under cold water and remove them. Re-start the pot and add the beef bones, green onion and ginger, and simmer until the soup is rich.

Put oil in a pan and sauté scallion and ginger over low heat.

Add the peeled large tomatoes and fry them into tomato sauce.
