Steak Ribs and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: winter melon (peeled and seeded, washed and cut open), beef ribs (washed and blanched)

Put the blanched steak ribs into the pressure cooker and add some water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 40 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the winter melon, stir and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Season to mix and serve.
