Steak Ribs with Potatoes
1.
After thawing the steak ribs, soak them in cold water for about 1 hour, and then wash them.
2.
Prepare the seasoning, and put the pepper, cumin and star anise in the seasoning box.
3.
If cold water, blanch the steak ribs. Reserve the blanched meat for later use.
4.
Remove the blanched meat, put it in a pressure cooker, add white wine, cooking wine, and seasonings, sift the broth of the blanched meat just now, and pour it into the pressure cooker.
5.
Add soy sauce, after SAIC, turn down the heat and press for 25 minutes.
6.
Wash potatoes and carrots, peel them, cut hob pieces, and put them in a pot.
7.
Pour the soup of the pressed short ribs and simmer for 10 minutes (you must wait for the pressure cooker to exhaust before turning it on).
8.
Add the steak ribs and heat up the sauce (if the taste is strong, you can add salt to taste).
9.
Sprinkle some chopped green onions.
Tips:
The soup can be kept a little bit longer, and the mixed rice is particularly fragrant.
If you like spicy food, add some dried chili.
