Steak Soup with Red Dates and Longan

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the red dates, longan and milk root and set aside.

Wash the steak and cut into pieces, blanch it in boiling water, remove the blood, wash and set aside.

Boil the water in the rice cooker, add the steak and milk root.

Close the lid and press the soup button.

After boiling for 40 minutes, add red dates and longans. Add salt, chicken bouillon, and pepper, cover and continue cooking until the rice cooker indicates that the soup is ready.
